leadership Team

Rhema & Steve Trayner

Rhema and Steve serve as the leaders and apostolic elders of Prayer House. Over the past 20 years Rhema and Steve have served in various local church leadership positions and roles from worship to administration to pastoring. In 2016 they began pioneering what has become an apostolic movement, Revive The Way. This movement is a relational global family focused on helping the western church shift into the new wineskin with an emphasis on the regional ekklesia.

Steve is a gifted worship leader and mentor who primarily focuses on marketplace ministry. He leads a community called Unmade Path, helping men navigate identity and inner transformation.

Rhema in particular travels often to minister throughout the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South Africa. It is regularly said that she is bringing language, understanding and strategy at a time when God is bringing his people out of the ways and structures of man. Rhema operates powerfully in healing and deliverance, providing biblical teaching with a balance of the Word and the demonstration of power. She is passionate about releasing women into their identity within the church and cultivating generational, multicultural five-fold leaders. She directly works with leaders and ministries in several nations and also impacts thousands of others through her writing, gatherings, online training, Vessels School and online 5-fold leadership community, The Circle. Prior to their marriage, Josh founded Loft Church in Herrin, Illinois, where he served as senior pastor alongside a team of elders for eight years. In 2022, Josh authored the book Heaven Here: It’s Closer Than You Think, released by Destiny Image Publishing.

In 2019, Maria founded Revival Nights, a revival hub in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she served as the primary leader and teacher for three years. Simultaneously, she worked as a director at an international discipleship ministry.

Their ministry includes speaking and teaching, accompanied by powerful demonstrations of the Holy Spirit, including healing, deliverance, impartations of power, and more. Josh and Maria are also pursuing graduate studies at Global Awakening Theological Seminary.

Nathan and Jessie serve on the team of Prayer House. They met while serving the Lord on the mission field. They share a deep passion for integrating business and ministry, believing both are essential expressions of purpose and stewardship.

Over the years, they have lived and served in the Arab Middle East, China, North Africa, and the United States. Their backgrounds span fitness, finance, marketing, real estate, and entrepreneurship—each shaping their approach to both life and leadership.

Now based in Georgia with their four children, Nathan and Jessie are devoted to seeing the body of Christ walk in deeper freedom through inner healing, deliverance, and identity in Jesus. They have been overseeing a local house church for over three years.

Christina Glawe

Christina serves on the Prayer House team. For more than 20 years Christina has led in small groups and house church settings, and in teams for the marketplace, preaching the heart of God and cultivating deeper relationships within the Body of Christ. Her journey into deliverance ministry began in 2009, where seeing people set free and equipped to walk in their God-given destinies became a deep-seated desire. Since then, she has trained and discipled many in the ministry of deliverance and currently oversees the Eden Journey Community, while also building a global network of deliverance ministers.

From 2015-2018, the Lord called her out of the church system, began giving her blueprints for healthy leadership, called her into apostolic ministry and led her into a deeper season of preparation including theological education. In 2024, Christina began traveling domestically and internationally as a part of Rhema’s ministry team. She continues to co-labor with other leaders, building the Body of Christ in regions across the US, and throughout the nations.
